The Village of Stillwater -sponsored Senior Time program was held on Oct. 30 and featured a Halloween party at The Stillwater Area Community Center.  There was BINGO, Halloween games, great food and, of course, Donna’s yummy themed cupcakes. Preschool children from Room To Bloom surprised us by singing a few Halloween songs. The group made tissue pumpkins and pumpkin wine glass candle holders.
