The Stillwater Area Community Center is working around the clock with village and town officials and agencies, and state/government agencies to ensure the safety of our community and those who use the community center. The Stillwater Area Community Center Board and Staff met this evening to develop a plan moving forward. The following plan is subject to change as information and requirements become available. We appreciate the community’s understanding in these are decisions that have not been easy to make. Any Questions? School Age Child Care: Closed March 18th- April 1st. Will be reevaluated at that time.
SACC Parents need to make sure they have signed up for the Remind App for the most up to date information. If you need assistance signing up, please reach out to Nick for help at (518) 664-2515 ext. 214.

RTB Preschool Classrooms: Closed March 18th-April 1st. Will be reevaluated at that time. 
RTB Preschool Parents keep an eye on our Room to Bloom and Community Center Facebook pages for the most up to information regarding closings.

Eldercare Transportation: No change in scheduling at this point, will run as per the needs of the clients.

Programming: Effective Immediately (March 16, 2020). All daytime and evening programming has been cancelled until further notice. This includes Men’s Monday Night and Sunday Morning Basketball, Pickleball, Zumba, Pentjak Karate, Open Gym, Thursday Night Men’s Basketball League (games will postponed), and Girl’s Basketball.

Events: Effective Immediately (March 16, 2020). All events have been cancelled or postponed until further notice. This includes Teen Takeover, Family Craft Night, Dinner with the Easter Bunny, and SACC Wine Pull Fundraiser.

Upcoming Sports Registrations: At this time we are still collecting registrations for the following programs:
T-Ball and Renegade Softball of Stillwater during Main Office Hours.

Facility Use/Party Rentals: Effective Immediately (March 16, 2020). All private events and parties have been cancelled at this time. If you had a private party or event scheduled at SACC, please reach out to Justin (518) 664-2515 ext. 210 to discuss rescheduling or refund options.   The Stillwater Area Community Center’s Main Offices will remain open 7:30am-5:00pm during this time.
