The Newland-Wood Fire Company of the Stillwater Fire Department recently won two trophies while attending the annual Hudson Valley Volunteer Firemen’s Association firefighters parade. Categories won by the department included:

• 2ND PLACE FRIDAY NITE  BEST FIREMATIC THEME
• 2ND PLACE DRESS UNIFORM 14 TO 18 IN LINE
