Participants in the Village of Stillwater’s October 31 Senior Time program celebrated with a Halloween Party. Festive food and desserts were served, and there were games with prizes awarded to the winners. Stopping by was U.S. Congressman Paul Tonko and Brian Howard, a candidate who ran for a Senate seat. Congressman Tonko and Mr. Howard answered many questions presented to them from the residents. The craft of the month was a toilet tissue pumpkin. The next Stillwater Senior Time social will be held on November 21, which is the THIRD Thursday of the month. We will celebrate Thanksgiving, and make ornaments for our tree at The Festival of Trees to be held at Stillwater Area Community Center in December. We will also have a few games of BINGO. We also have a guest speaker joining us from The Saratoga County of the Aging to inform residents of the many programs available to them.
