They say kindness is contagious. Well, if it is a lot of people are catching the bug in the Capital Region thanks to a little girl from Stillwater. Her name is Mia Villa and she is 3-years-old. For the past two months, Mia has been very busy baking chocolate chip cookies. But these aren’t for parents Devin and Mike or baby brother Gino.
